Select product model, color or pattern and order following the MOQ requirement.
Customers are able to minimize their order within 7 days from the day the order has been placed without any charge. Decreasing or cancelling the order after 7 days, factory will charge 5% of the first previous order amount to pay.
Production period is about 30-45 days. But it may be various depending on the situation and order volume. Factory will inform the customer about the estimated time to finish when customer place the order.
Production will be started after getting the deposit from customers.
Factory is unable to deliver products to customers before making the whole payment.
Factory will keep the customers finished goods for maximum 30 days after informed the customer. Later than that, factory will take this order as the voidance and will not return the deposit.
Customers are able to pick up products by themselves at the factory or our Kismet shops.
F.O.B. at the shipping point is applied for every oversea delivery. Factory will take responsibility of products until the shipping point. Customers have to responsible for shipping fee and any other charge by themselves.
